Lead Orders
When will my leads be delivered?
Delivery starts within 24 to 48 business hours and will continue until your order is fulfilled. We attempt to deliver Prospects at your requested maximum number per day. Since traffic volumes fluctuate based on internet fluctuations and day of the week you may receive less than your requested daily maximum on some days.
I placed my order more the 48hrs ago, why does it still say “Pending Approval”?
If your order still says “Pending Approval” after 48 hours please review your credit card information under the “billing” tab. The billing address and the name must match your credit card statement. If your order continues to say “Pending Approval” after making the above changes, your credit card may have declined and that would be why your order has not yet started. If this occurs please contact us.
I ordered my leads during a special and I have some bad leads, what is your policy for that?
If you purchased your leads during a special such as a 25% more lead special we will honor our return policy. If you have any bad leads we will be more then happy to replace them for you. Listen to the audio tip below for instructions on how to replace a bad lead.
What forms of payment do you accept?

How do I change the email address that the leads are being sent too?
In the LeadBackOffice click on “Preferences” and you will see three new selections appear: “Private Information, Settings, and User Options”. Choose Private Information. This is your address, phone number and email address. Replace your email address with the new email address you would like the leads to be delivered to and hit save.
What does Auto-Purchase mean?
Auto-Purchase is the process in which you can decide how often you would like your order to renew.
You are able to choose the following:
Revolving when your order completes the order will renew within the next 24hrs.
Weekly when your order completes the order will renew on the same day weekly.
Bi-Weekly when your order renews the order will renew every 2 weeks.
Monthly when your order completes it will renew on the same date monthly.
Obviously, you can cancel your Auto-Purchase at anytime.
How do I renew my order?
To renew your current order click on your “Orders” tab. Click on the details of the order you would like to renew. Once in the Order Details you will see a Renew this Order Now link on the right hand side of the screen.
How do I pause my order?
To pause your lead order, go to your LeadBackOffice, click on the “Orders” tab, if you have multiple orders and you would like to pause all order click on the “Pause All Open Orders” button. You may also click on details on your order and enter the order details. From this window you can pause your order for 1 day to 2 months.
Reminder: You can only Pause a Local Lead order for up to 72hrs. It will automatically unpause after 72hrs.

How do I download my leads?
To download your leads please go into your LeadBackOffice. Click on the leads tab. You will see there are multiple ways to search your leads. You can search your leads by day, meaning yesterday and today. You can choose a date which you would like to choose your leads from. You can also choose which order number you would like to view your leads by. Once you have chosen which leads you would like to download click on “download leads”. The leads will be downloaded in a CSV file (excel format).
How do I control my desired maximum leads delivered daily?
To change your desired max leads per day go to your LeadBackOffice. Click on “Orders” tab, choose the order you would like to view the details of. Once in your “Order Details” you will see the box with your desired maximum leads per day. Delete the number and replace with the number you desire.
Reminder: If you have a Local Lead order and it says no more available there are no more leads available from that area code currently.
How do I cancel my Auto-Purchase?
To cancel your monthly Auto Purchase please click on the “Orders” tab in the LeadBackOffice. Click on details, once in the details view you will see an Auto-Purchase drop down menu. Click on it, choose “None”, and click on save.
If your order is already complete please contact us by email prior to your renewal date and we will be more then happy to cancel your auto purchase for you.
How are the leads delivered to me?
The leads will be delivered to you by email, and they will also be loaded into your LeadBackOffice. If your group has integrated their Contact Manager with us, the leads will also load into your Contact Manager.

What if I get some bad leads?
Our advanced lead verification process is incredibly powerful and effective. But even the latest technology can’t stop the 5% to 7% of bad leads that manage to get through. With our No Bad Leads guarantee, you’ll never pay for a bad lead again. You must report a bad lead within 72hrs of receiving the lead.
Guidelines for bad leads are:
- Contact is under 18 years old
- phone number (someone else answers the phone)
- Unreachable (Disconnected phone number)
- Contact information contains rude or vulgar language
- Contact did not request information
- Contact claims they filled out the form to win a contest.
- Information provided is obviously fake
To report bad leads please do the following. Go to the “Leads” tab. Find the lead that you want to report by using the match keyword feature. Click on the lead to be replaced. You will see an area that says “Lead Quality Control System”. Click on the button that says “Report Bad Lead”. Then choose one of the above reasons from the drop down menu. Click on Confirm Bad Lead and your order will then be credited for the bad lead and the lead will automatically be replaced when the next lead of that lead type is available.
The following are not reasons for Lead Replacement:
- Contact is not interested
- Contact never answers the phone
- Unable to leave a voice mail message
- Email has been returned as undeliverable
- Contact does not speak fluent English
What lead types do not apply for the automatic Lead Replacement?
Our Super Fresh, Fresh Surveyed, and Discount Leads do not qualify for our bad lead replacement. When you set up your initial order we give you a 10% overage in case of a bad lead. A bad lead in this case is a lead where you have a bad phone number and email address.
What if I get the same lead more then once?
This is very rare however if you get the same lead more then once please let us know and we will replace that lead for you.

We sell our leads an average of two times, and up to a maximum of three times in Real Time. We know that no other company is buying our leads and reselling them in high numbers to other people. This keeps the lead fresh and open to hearing about your opportunity.
How are your Real-Time Prospects generated?
We own over 1000 of our own websites and we have partnered with 1000s of the largest advertising and traffic networks on the Internet. We also do Email marketing, advertise in 100s of Newspapers across North America, and advertise on Radio. We are starting TV campaigns as well. Prospects see one of our lead generation pages and fill in the form if they are interested in an online business opportunity. After filling in the form the Prospect is delivered in Real-Time to you.
